In Office Word 2003, we know that there are two ways to set the password. And in Office 2007 it also has two ways, but one location has changed.
Because the major changes in Office 2007 menu, you can not find on the  "Tools" and "Options " these function in Office 2007 menu. Even on the Office button in the upper left corner, you can not find many menus.
The menu is the option to encrypt the document. Click the Office icon in the upper left corner and then start it, click on the "ready" and "encrypted document ". Directly itype password in this box and please note that the sensitive of the password case , and protect the security of your password.
Another method is almost the same with Office 2003. That is, click on the Office icon in the upper left corner to start and click "Save As " . click on "Tools"-"General Options" on the left bottom of the dialog box.
