Remove paragraph marks and other special characters in Word2010 document  

Replace the manual newlines characters to paragraph marks in Word2010 will replace paragraph marks. And then remove extra paragraph marks and the steps are as follows:
Step 1. Open a Word2010 document which contains the manual newlines characters . Then click "Replace" button in the Edit" group in "Start" function areas.
Step 2. In the opened the "Find and Replace" dialog box, make sure the "Replace" tab is the current tab. Click "more" button and click the left mouse button in the "Find what" edit box.Then click the "special form" button and then click the open the "manual newlines characters" menu in the opened  "special form" box.
Step 3. Click the "Replace with" edit box, then click the "special form" button, click "paragraph mark" command in the opened "special form" menu.
Step 4. Click "Replace All" button in the "Find and Replace" dialog box.
Step 5. "Find and Replace" tool then begin to replace the "manual newlines characters" as a paragraph mark. And then click "OK" button after you complete the replacement.
